Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented Driver to join our team and provide safe and comfortable transportation for our guests.
Responsibilities
Safely transport passengers according to scheduled itineraries and routes to ensure timely arrivals
Deliver friendly, helpful, and professional service to passengers throughout the journey to enhance customer experience
Maintain the vehicle in clean and good working condition to ensure safety and comfort
Manage driving schedules effectively and adapt to changes or delays to maintain service reliability
Represent the Company professionally and courteously in all interactions to uphold company reputation
Perform other duties as assigned to support team operations
Required competencies and certifications
Possess valid Class 3 and Class 4 driving licences
Possess or be willing to obtain the relevant Vocational Licence for tour vans/coaches
Minimum 2 years of relevant driving experience, with tour van/coach experience preferred
Maintain a good driving record and demonstrate a positive and responsible work attitude
Communicate effectively in simple English
Manage time well and work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Tour van/coach driving experience preferred (not mandatory but beneficial for role)
