Salary: $3,300 - $4,300 per month (commensurate with qualifications and experience)

Job Description

Reporting to the Site/Operations Manager, you will support the daily operations of our client sites and help ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Site/Operations Manager with daily operational activities
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
• Support compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational requirements
• Act as a liaison between staff, clients, vendors, and service providers
• Conduct basic operational checks, including inventory, cleanliness, and safety inspections
• Assist with audits such as cash handling, stock control, and documentation checks
• Coordinate operational processes and service activities
• Monitor site standards, staff grooming, and customer service quality
• Work with contractors and suppliers to support site operations
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, proactive, and a team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Comfortable handling basic audit and compliance checks
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
• Able to work at different locations based on operational needs
