We are hiring: Event Sales Representative — One-Day Luxury Exhibition

Armanie Paris is looking for a confident, polished, and customer-focused Event Sales Representative to support our upcoming exhibition in Singapore.

• This is a one-day, temporary / part-time event assignment.

• The shift will be approximately 8–10 hours, including any legally required breaks.

• The representative will welcome visitors, explain the collection, support sales, and create a premium customer experience.

• The role is ideal for someone with experience in retail, events, hospitality, beauty, jewellery, fashion, or premium customer service.

• Welcome exhibition visitors warmly and professionally.

• Start conversations confidently and understand visitors’ needs.

• Present products clearly and explain key features and benefits.

• Recommend suitable products and encourage sales in a natural, professional way.

• Support purchases, order capture, payment or POS activity, where applicable.

• Keep the sales counter and display neat, well stocked, and aligned with the Armanie Paris brand presentation.

• Assist with customer lead collection, stock awareness, and prompt communication with the event lead.

• Remain professional, energetic, and approachable throughout the full event day.

• We welcome applicants of all genders who are articulate, approachable, and comfortable speaking with customers.

• Previous customer-facing experience in sales, retail, events, hospitality, or brand promotion is preferred.

• A polished and professional manner is essential.

• Strong communication skills and the confidence to approach visitors are required.

• Experience handling payments, POS systems, order capture, or customer information is an advantage.

• Familiarity with fashion, beauty, jewellery, luxury, or premium lifestyle products is helpful but not essential.

• Applicants must be punctual, reliable, available for the entire shift, comfortable standing for long periods, and able to arrange their own transport to the venue.

• Fluency in [required local language] and English is preferred where relevant.

• $200 guaranteed for the full event day.

• Additional sales commission. The exact commission calculation will be confirmed in writing before the shift.
