Full Time 1 Year Contract Patient Service Associate (PSA) #HZTK Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,300 in RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Working Hours: 44 hrs/week

• Mon - Fri: 7am to 7pm (Only need to work 8 hours a day on weekday )
• Sat: 7am to 1.30pm (Only need to work 4 hours on Sat)

Need to follow the roster planned by supervisor

Job Scope

• Provide frontline customer service and administrative support within a healthcare environment.
• Register patients, schedule appointments, and assist with the use of digital healthcare services.
• Guide patients in using self-service kiosks and provide assistance where required.
• Manage patient flow and respond to general enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
