Tanggungjawab

Job Description:

  • Supervise and direct kitchen staff in meal preparation and cooking according to planned menu.
  • Ensure a clean, efficient. economical kitchen and food service.
  • Inspect raw materials received and report any sub-standard products to Chef.
  • Maintain set standards of the hygiene, sanitation and dietary balance of IPD meals.
  • Assist Chef in the menu planning and presentation.

Education and Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Certificate in Culinary/Food preparation.
  • Preferably with 1 - 2 years of experience in a Hospital or Hotel food production
  • Be conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and oral
  • Good interpersonal skills
