Student Management Officer

$25–$28/hour
2-Month Contract | Immediate Start
Mon–Fri | 9am–2pm / 9am–4pm
School Environment

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Education or related fields preferred
• At least 2 years’ experience working with children/youths
• Good communication, interpersonal and documentation skills
• Mature, patient and able to handle sensitive matters professionally

Key Responsibilities

• Support student conduct, bullying and peer-conflict cases
• Conduct fact-finding, student engagement and case documentation
• Support conflict resolution and parent communication under guidance
• Supervise students during recess, detention and designated activities
• Escalate serious or sensitive cases to relevant school personnel

Working Hours

• Mon, Wed & Fri: 9am–2pm
• Tue & Thu: 9am–4pm
• 1-hour lunch break included
• No service on weekends, public holidays and school holidays
