We are looking for a detail-oriented personnel to support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding processes, including screenings, offer letters, and employee declarations
• Handle post-employment screenings and flag discrepancies to HR Business Partners
• Support employee lifecycle activities such as transfers, secondments, conversions, re-employment, and offboarding
• Administer work pass applications and renewals for employees and dependents
• Manage processes related to the Representative Notification Framework (RNF) for financial advisers (where applicable)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems
• Ensure proper documentation and record storage
• Respond to employee and stakeholder queries in a timely and professional manner
• Support reference checks for ex-employees
• Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and duties

Requirements

• Prior experience in HR operations / HR administration
• Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes and local HR regulations
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion
• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
