Role Description The Senior Solutions Specialist role is a remote, contract position responsible for guiding prospective and existing clients through the evaluation of Jaro, a specialist AI platform for digital transformations. In this role, the specialist collaborates with sales, product, and engineering teams to understand client requirements, design solution architectures, and translate complex AI governance capabilities into clear business value.

Day-to-day tasks include leading discovery sessions, preparing and delivering product demonstrations, creating solution proposals, and supporting proof-of-concept and onboarding activities.

The specialist also engages in ongoing client communication, helps resolve solution-related issues, and provides feedback to internal teams to improve product features and client experience across high-stakes domains.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including problem-solving, data interpretation, and the ability to understand HR tech transformations challenges for both System integrators and Enterprises.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions in clear, accessible language to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Consulting experience, including leading discovery workshops, developing solution recommendations, and supporting clients through change and digital transformation.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, such as client relationship management, issue resolution, and maintaining a high standard of responsiveness and professionalism.
• Candidates should possess Sales-related capabilities, including supporting pre-sales activities, preparing proposals, contributing to deal strategy, and aligning solutions to client business objectives.
• Experience working with SAP, Workday or Oracle transformations) is highly beneficial.
• Background in solutions advisory, technical consulting, or product consulting, ideally in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple client engagements, and collaborate effectively across distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience.
