Responsibilities

Role

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Stock replenishment & daily OOS check at all touch point
  • Stock rotation (FIFO) & inventory check
  • Product hygiene & cleanliness
  • Merchandising standards/guideline to maintain / defend Brand SOS
  • Perfect execution & HQ compliance with strong ownership
  • Maintain good relationship with outlet personnel
  • Quality call coverage + implement quality BCP store visit standard process
  • Prompting urgent & critical issues for immediate solutions
- Timely & excellence promotion execution - Setup , price & maintain display
  • POSM deployment & disposal
- Accurate report tracking / on field data collection via FFAS - OOS, freshness, promo compliance, feedback and etc as aligned
  • To achieve agreed sales volume through sales ordering in the stores?
  • To negotiate for better shelves facing and/or display area ?

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 'N' Levels
  • Detailed with good time management
  • Able to communicate and understand English
  • Able to carry around 15kg of items
  • Willing to travel island-wide
