Responsibilities
Evaluate and optimize strategies to attract potential employers among company clients to increase engagement and business opportunities
Analyze market trends and prepare accurate forecasts to inform strategic decisions
Generate new business leads to expand the company’s client base and revenue streams
Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics to increase brand awareness and drive qualified traffic
Deploy marketing campaigns from ideation through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals
Experiment with diverse organic and paid acquisition channels including content creation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation, copywriting, and performance analysis
Produce valuable and engaging content for the company website and blog to attract and convert target audiences
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors to enhance marketing reach
Prepare, monitor, and allocate the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis to maximize ROI
Oversee and approve marketing materials such as website banners, brochures, and case studies to ensure brand consistency
Measure and report on marketing campaign performance, analyze insights, and adjust strategies to meet goals
Analyze consumer behavior data to optimize email and advertising campaigns for improved effectiveness
