Job Description
Responsibilities
To attend and reply to customer's enquiries and email.
To attend promptly to customers' in-coming calls and issue orders.
To prepare the quotation and lease and supply agreement.
Check data entry, filing and scanning of documents.
Accept other clerical duties as informed by Supervisor.
Job Requirements
Good communication, coordination skills with customer and delivery staff.
Ability to multi-task and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A strong team player with positive work attitude and committed to work duties and responsibilities.
Working hours: Monday to Friday : 8.30am to 5pm ; Saturday: 8.30am to 1pm
