Part Time Kitchen Crew Jobs, in Yeon Sabah - Maukerja

Food Preparation & Cooking:

• Prepare fresh ingredients daily (chopping, washing, portioning, and prepping sauces).

• Cook and present dishes according to standard recipes, presentation guidelines, and quality standards.

• Manage your station efficiently during high-volume peak hours to ensure fast ticket times.

Kitchen Hygiene & Station Cleanliness:

• Manage station cleanliness: Keep your immediate prep and cooking area sanitized, organized, and clear of clutter.

• Manage kitchen cleanliness: Assist in overall deep cleaning, washing kitchen utensils/equipment, and ensuring garbage is disposed of properly.

• Maintain strict compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.

Inventory & Stock Control:

• Monitor stock levels at your station and report shortages to the kitchen leader.

• Ensure proper rotation of ingredients using the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method to minimize waste.

Experience: Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, restaurant, or cafe is an advantage, but fresh culinary graduates or beginners with a strong passion for cooking are highly welcome (on-the-job training provided!).

Skills: Basic knife skills and the ability to follow recipes accurately.

Attributes: A strong sense of urgency, stamina to stand for long shifts, and a great team player mindset.

Vaccination/Health: Must have valid Typhoid vaccination (or be willing to get one before starting).

Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
