12-hour shifts, 8AM–8PM / 8PM–8AM
Work Schedule:
4-3-3-4 rotating pattern
Shift:
Permanent Day or Permanent Night Shift
Key Responsibilities
Monitoring
critical product parameters
to maintain product quality and yield.
Reviewing daily
product capability and performance
to identify potential process issues.
Taking early
preventive and containment actions
when in-process excursions occur.
Preparing
in-process yield reports
and conducting loss analysis.
Reviewing and handling
final product material disposition
according to requirements.
Detecting and reporting
abnormal losses, defects, and process deviations
in a timely manner.
Working closely with
cross-functional teams
to ensure smooth and stable production operations.
Requirements
Diploma in Engineering or Science.
Willing to work
12-hour permanent day or night shifts.
Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are welcome.
Good
analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
