Senior Warehouse Team Lead

• Location: Tuas
• Working Day/Hours: Monday - Friday, office hours

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage manpower deployment and ensure daily operational targets and customer KPIs are met.
• Oversee inventory control, stock accuracy and regular stock counts.
• Manage bonded and licensed goods in compliance with Customs requirements.
• Monitor warehouse productivity and drive process improvements.
• Handle QEHS matters and ensure non-compliance issues are resolved.
• Coordinate with HR on manpower and employee-related matters.

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in warehouse operations and team supervision.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, manpower planning and warehouse processes.
• Experience managing operational targets and customer KPIs.
• Knowledge of bonded / licensed goods and Customs regulations is an advantage.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
