Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for production of shop drawings and detailed construction drawings independently;
- Collaborate with Project Team to revise and update drawings as required.
- Ensure all drawings comply with regulatory codes, company standards, and project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of drawing revisions and version control.
- Conduct site visits when necessary to coordinate design with actual conditions.
- Ensures the drawings comply with specifications and company standards;
- Manages multiple projects concurrently and accurately in a timely manner through workload prioritisation;
- Prepares documents and transmittal form for submissions;
- Consult with Project Managers on project planning and inclusion of necessary details in the preparation of drawings;
- Ensures that all materials are detailed and accounted for in the drawings;
- Diploma or Certificate in Architecture, Drafting, or equivalent.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
