Job Description

Responsibilities

Position:  Shipping Admin Assistant 
Work Location: Penjuru Lane (Near Jurong East area)
Working Days: 8.15am  -  5.30pm (Mon - Fri)
Basic Salary: $2000 - $2700 (subject to experience)

Job Scope:

  • Coordinate all air and sea freight activities, including booking, documentation, permits declaration, shipment arrangement & tracking, billing, arranging transport
    Handling Call and Email from client 
  • Manage both inbound and outbound customer shipments
  • Shipping Documentation & report
  • Data Entry
  • Perform Administrative Support

Microsoft Skills
Experience in Customer Service & Admin
Company transport provided at Jurong East MRT
