We're Hiring: Unified Communications Engineer (Cisco & Collaboration)!

We are seeking an experienced Unified Communications Engineer specializing in Cisco and collaboration technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing unified communications solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity and exceptional user experiences for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Cisco CUCM/UCM environments.
• Manage Cisco Webex and collaboration platforms.
• Support Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and video conferencing solutions.
• Provide L2/L3 support for meeting rooms, conferencing systems, and collaboration tools.
• Troubleshoot voice, video, and connectivity issues.
• Support executive meetings and business-critical events.
• Participate in system upgrades, integrations, and continuous improvements.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Unified Communications, Voice, Video Conferencing, or Collaboration technologies.
• Strong experience with Cisco CUCM/UCM administration and support.
• Experience with Cisco Webex, Cisco Video Conferencing, and Cisco Room devices.
• Knowledge of SIP, H.323, and conferencing technologies.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and change management experience.
• Networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, QoS, and VLANs.
  
  

Preferred

• CCNA or CCNP certification.
• Experience supporting executive boardrooms and enterprise conference rooms.
• Exposure to AV technologies and workplace collaboration solutions.
