About the Roles

Join a building material supplier as an Indoor Sales / Customer Service Officer based in Hougang. This is a permanent role with a basic salary of up to $2,500, plus AWS and performance bonus, working 5.5 days / 44 hours per week on a rotating shift schedule that includes weekends.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist walk-in customers with product enquiries for tiles, mosaics, marble, and granite.
• Recommend suitable products based on each customer’s design needs, intended use, and budget.
• Share basic product details, including material types, sizes, finishes, and applications.
• Prepare quotations and purchase orders accurately based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to arrange deliveries and follow up on order fulfilment.
• Maintain positive customer relationships to support repeat business.
• Update and organise records of sales enquiries and customer information.
• Keep showroom displays neat, well-arranged, and current.
• Support the team in meeting sales targets and maintaining strong customer service standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or showroom environments will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills to prepare quotations and update records.
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
