Location: Chinatown / Funan

Salary: S$2,600 – S$3,500 per month

Working Hours:

• 10 hours per day

• Shift-based schedule

• Earliest shift starts at 10:00 AM

• Latest shift may end at 3:00 AM

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented individual to join our outlet operations team. The successful candidate will support daily outlet operations, provide excellent customer service, and work closely with the management team, including colleagues from China.

Training will be provided, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operations and smooth running of the outlet.

• Welcome and seat guests professionally, provide menus, and introduce signature dishes.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.

• Attend to customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the dining area, tables, and service stations.

• Support the outlet team in ensuring a smooth and positive dining experience for customers.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Able to work shifts, including late-night shifts, weekends, and public holidays where required.
