Sublimation Printing Machine Operator & Production Assistant

Responsibilities

* Operate sublimation and digital printing machines.
* Handle printing for banner, bunting, poster, sticker, signage, T-shirt, jersey and other printing products.
* Prepare and check artwork/files before printing.
* Set up printing materials, sizes and machine settings.
* Monitor print quality, colour and alignment.
* Operate heat press, cutting and finishing equipment.
* Perform finishing work such as cutting, trimming, laminating, binding, stapling, eyelet installation and packing.
* Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance.
* Ensure all orders are completed accurately and on time.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the production area.

Requirements

* Minimum SPM or equivalent. Diploma or higher qualification is an added advantage.
* Experience in the printing industry is required.
* Experience in sublimation, banner, bunting and large-format printing is an advantage.
* Basic knowledge of printing, artwork and computer operation.
* Experience using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or CorelDRAW is an added advantage.
* Able to operate printing, heat press and cutting machines.
* Responsible, hardworking and detail-oriented.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Able to work in a fast-paced printing environment.
* Willing to learn and work overtime when required.
