Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule projects, estimate time and materials,supervise subordinates, maintain records and files and prepare reports.
- Monitoring of work progress, attending project meetings,liaising with clients and consultants
- Observe proper construction safety measures and ensuresafety compliance at site
- Provide supervision and technical supports
- Investigate incidents and prepare responses in accordancewith policies and procedures.
- Resolve work problems and recommend work measures toimprove productivity.
- Interpret and validate technical issues, test solutions,follow-up, and escalate whenever necessary.
- Recommend procedure revisions when necessary to fullyutilize assigned personnel and equipment.
- Perform risk analysis before each job to identify andaddress potential safety hazards.
- Communicate with site staff and management. Updatemanagement on staff performance and their needs.
- Guide and educate the site staff on the responsibilitiesand wellbeing. Make sure that staffs are mentally and physically in goodstatus. Make sure staff maintenance good disciplined at all the times.
