Responsibilities
Conduct quality assurance and compliance reviews across childcare centres to assess adherence to regulatory, operational and internal standards.
Monitor centre practices, processes and procedures and identify potential areas of compliance or operational risk.
Conduct audits and follow up on findings to ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
Support initiatives to enhance the quality and consistency of early childhood care and education across centres.
Monitor adherence to corporate standards, operational guidelines and brand requirements.
Support centres in maintaining a safe, nurturing and developmentally appropriate environment for children.
Maintain working knowledge of applicable early childhood regulatory requirements and SPARK QRS-U standards.
Assess centre readiness and compliance against licensing and SPARK requirements.
Work with relevant stakeholders to develop, implement and monitor action plans arising from compliance reviews.
Track corrective actions and follow up with Centre Principals, Supervisors and relevant teams on outstanding matters.
Review the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions and recommend further improvements where required.
Escalate significant quality, operational or compliance concerns to management in a timely manner.
Promote consistent implementation of policies and procedures across centres.
