Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to help increase patient conversion, treatment acceptance and clinic revenue.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with new and existing patients.
• Explain treatment plans, promotions and available payment options.
• Convert enquiries into appointments.
• Follow up on pending treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate sales and follow-up records.
• Build strong relationships with patients.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Support promotional campaigns and clinic events.
• Identify opportunities to increase treatment acceptance.
• Work closely with Front Desk and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, customer service or healthcare is an advantage.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable speaking with patients through WhatsApp, phone and face-to-face.
• Target-driven and motivated.
• Confident, friendly and professional.
• Good follow-up and organisational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary range : RM1,800-2,200 + commission based on sales
