A well-established commercial group with diversified business lines is seeking a Legal Counsel to join the team.
Responsibilities:
Advise on corporate and commercial arrangements
Work on international deals globally
Engage multiple stakeholders to enhance business decisions
Engage external counsels who assist on the deals pipelines
Requirements:
Law degree from a reputable university
Called to the Singapore bar
4-8 PQE
Great communication skills and strong teamwork is essential for this role
