Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Executive

Job Summary
The QA Executive is responsible for ensuring that products and processes comply with established quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory requirements. The role involves implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections and audits, investigating quality issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Control
Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and manufacturing procedures.
Conduct incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
Review and approve quality records, inspection reports, and test results.
Ensure non-conforming products are identified, segregated, and dispositioned appropriately.
Verify that corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented effectively.
Process Monitoring & Improvement
Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend improvement actions.
Support root cause analysis investigations using tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and Pareto Analysis.
Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality issues.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve process capability.
Quality Systems & Compliance
Maintain and support Quality Management System (QMS) requirements in accordance with ISO 9001 or other applicable standards.
Assist in preparing and conducting internal and external quality audits.
Ensure documentation and records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
Support customer audits, certification audits, and regulatory inspections.
Supplier & Customer Quality Management
Monitor supplier quality performance and assist in supplier audits when required.
Investigate customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions.
Follow up on customer quality concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare quality reports and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
Training & Awareness
Conduct quality-related training for production operators and relevant departments.
Promote quality awareness and best practices across the organization.
Support the development and revision of quality procedures, work instructions, and standards.
Requirements
Education
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
Experience
2 to 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Manufacturing Quality.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
Technical Skills
Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (CAPA, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 5 Why, 8D, Pareto Analysis).
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
Experience with inspection and testing equipment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred (but not Mandatory) Qualifications
Certified Internal Auditor (ISO 9001) or equivalent certification.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Knowledge of ERP or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
Green Belt certification is an advantage.

Salary Range: $2,000 - $3,500
