We are looking for a proactive and organised Corporate Wellness Intern to support our Corporate Wellness team in managing key corporate accounts and coordinating ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and supporting assigned corporate accounts under the guidance of the key account managers.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams on programme schedules, deliverables and project requirements.
- Prepare meeting notes, proposals, presentation slides, reports and other administrative documents.
- Track project timelines, pending items and follow-up actions to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Maintain accurate client records, programme information and documentation.
- Support the coordination of corporate wellness talks, workshops, campaigns and on-site events.
- Assist in compiling participation data, feedback and post-programme reports.
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative and operational support when required.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Nutrition/Dietetics, Health Science/Public Health, Healthcare Management, Marketing, Communication, Event Management or a related field.
- Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 3–4 months.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Organised, responsible and attentive to detail.
- Comfortable communicating with corporate clients and working with different internal teams.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up proactively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Google Sheets.
- Previous experience in project coordination, customer service or event management would be an advantage.
