Data & Research Assistant | 1-Year Contract

$13–$20/hour
Approx. $2,535–$3,900/month
12-month full-time contract
Start: Immediate

Working Hours

• Mon–Thu: 9.00am–6.00pm
• Fri: 9.00am–5.30pm
• Hours may vary depending on operational requirements

Requirements

• Good written/verbal communication and numeracy skills
• Meticulous, organised and willing to learn
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook
• Comfortable managing spreadsheets and databases independently
• Experience in survey administration, data analysis or visualisation is an advantage
• Knowledge of PivotTables, data cleaning or Power BI is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Design and administer survey questionnaires
• Collate, clean and maintain survey data and databases
• Analyse datasets and support reporting
• Prepare reports, dashboards and data visualisations
• Provide support to survey respondents and data users
• Assist with meetings, administrative tasks and department activities
• Perform other related duties as assigned
