Job Description:

Serve main meals, beverages, snacks, and supper directly to patients 
Collect trays after patient consumption; verify tray collection only AFTER nurse confirmation 
Dispose of meal slips and food debris 
Ensure proper segregation of Halal and Non-Halal trays, crockery, and utensils 
Patient water jugs and cups: collect, wash, and refill 
Wash and dry crockery used in ward pantries 
Take next-day meal orders (breakfast/lunch/dinner) and update the eMenu system within designated cut-off times 
Address dietary restrictions and allergies during meal ordering 
Attend to real-time patient feedback; resolve minor complaints independently and escalate major issues to supervisors

Job Requirements:


Physical fitness to perform lifting and pushing tasks 
Excellent interpersonal skills and patient-centric approach 
Ability to work in a timely manner and follow instructions accurately 
No experience with a good working attitude is welcome 
Vaccinations required to meet the hospital's employment criteria
