Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Bandar Puteri. The Physiotherapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, conduct detailed evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans using manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and appropriate modalities. Daily responsibilities include supervising exercise programs, monitoring patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. The role involves educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications, as well as collaborating with other healthcare professionals when required. The Physiotherapist is also expected to participate in clinic operations, uphold safety and hygiene standards, and contribute to a positive, supportive environment for patients and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Recognized degree or diploma in Physiotherapy and current professional registration or eligibility to register with the relevant physiotherapy council or board.
  • Strong skills in patient assessment, clinical reasoning, and development of individualized treatment plans for musculoskeletal, neurological, and sports-related conditions.
  • Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise prescription, and use of physiotherapy modalities and equipment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain clinical information clearly and build trust with patients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to maintain accurate clinical records, follow clinic protocols, and manage time and caseload efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to ethical practice, patient-centered care, and continuous professional development through courses, workshops, or self-directed learning.
  • Comfort working in an on-site clinical setting, including adherence to health, safety, and infection control standards.
  • Experience in private practice, outpatient rehabilitation, or related clinical settings is an advantage; new graduates with strong clinical placements may also be considered.
