Job description:

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Production Management, Manufacturing or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in production planning or similar roles
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and resource optimization
• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh, Selangor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Liaise with the Sales Division to understand customer requirements and forecast demand
• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet delivery timelines
• Schedule shifts according to production needs
• Monitor production activities and ensure schedules are followed
• Organize and maintain accurate production paperwork and records
• Collect and evaluate data related to production output and team performance
• Collaborate with Quality Control, Warehouse, and other departments to streamline operations
• Prepare and present production reports to senior management, including suggestions for process improvements

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
