Full Time BIM Modeller Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in LEZE CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BIM models (Architecture / Structure / MEP) using Autodesk Revit and/or other BIM software

• Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and construction documents

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure model accuracy

• Update and revise models based on design changes or site conditions

• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project-specific requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field

• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks

• Minimum 2 years of relevant BIM modelling experience

• Familiar with Singapore construction standards and practices

• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
