Role Description This full-time remote Principal Solutions Architect role is responsible for designing and overseeing end-to-end technical solutions that support the company’s insurance products and business objectives. The role includes collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements, define solution architectures, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and best practices. Day-to-day activities involve evaluating technologies, leading integration efforts between systems, guiding development teams, and reviewing solution designs for scalability, security, and performance. The Principal Solutions Architect also provides technical consulting, mentors other architects and engineers, and contributes to continuous improvement of business processes and technology frameworks.

Qualifications

• Strong Solution Architecture skills, including the ability to design scalable, secure, and resilient systems.
• Consulting experience, with capability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions and advise stakeholders.
• Background in Software Development, with hands-on experience in modern architectures and development practices.
• Expertise in system Integration, including APIs, microservices, and data integration between heterogeneous platforms.
• Understanding of Business Process design and optimization, preferably within insurance or financial services.
• Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams and leading technical discussions across multiple disciplines.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
