Key responsibilities include:
Assist with import airfreight shipments, including tracking and delivery arrangements.
Liaise with customers, airlines, freight forwarders and other service providers on shipment matters.
Assist with preparing Air Waybills (AWBs), invoices, Delivery Orders (D/O), permits and other shipping documents. Training will be provided.
Update shipment details, inventory records and internal systems accurately.
Follow up on shipment status and provide updates to customers and internal/external teams.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Minimum N-Level or equivalent qualification with previous experience in airfreight or logistics is an advantage.
Candidates without prior experience but with an interest in freight forwarding and logistics are welcome to apply, as training will be provided
Comfortable handling administrative duties and shipping documentation
Good organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up on operational matters independently
Responsible, willing to learn and able to work effectively as part of a team
