Full Time Project Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Midor Interior Designer & Furnishing Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Review project drawings, specifications, quotations, contracts, and work schedules before site work begins.
• Prepare project timelines, work plans, material schedules, and manpower requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams throughout the project.
• Supervise daily site activities and monitor progress against the agreed schedule.
• Check workmanship and materials to ensure they meet approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Identify site issues early, propose solutions, and follow up until they are resolved.
• Monitor project costs, material usage, subcontractor work, and variation orders. Obtain approval for changes before proceeding where required.
• Arrange site meetings, provide progress updates, and maintain clear project records, including photos and reports.
• Ensure site teams follow applicable safety requirements and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Coordinate inspections, rectification works, final cleaning, and project handover to the client.
• Follow up on defects during the defects liability period and ensure timely rectification.
• Perform other project-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience managing renovation or interior fit-out projects.
• Ability to read drawings, coordinate trades, and manage multiple project schedules.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and site supervision skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
