Full Time PRODUCTION - PRINTING TEAM Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in EXPRINT MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. Selangor - Maukerja

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Production & Printing Team member to join our team. The position will be involved in artwork preparation, printing production and operating printing machines to ensure all jobs are produced according to customer requirements and quality standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and check artwork/design files before printing.
• Make basic artwork adjustments according to customer requirements.
• Operate digital printing and other production machines.
• Set up machines and ensure correct printing settings before production.
• Monitor printing quality, colour accuracy and finishing.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance.
• Check printed materials to ensure they meet the required specifications.
• Manage daily production jobs according to deadlines.
• Assist with cutting, finishing, packing and other production processes when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of printing machines and production areas.
• Follow production schedules and safety procedures.
• Work closely with the Sales and Design teams to complete customer orders.
• Perform other production-related duties assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Graphic Design, Printing, Multimedia or related field.
• Experience in printing, graphic design or production will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW or similar design software.
• Experience operating digital printing machines is an advantage.
• Good understanding of artwork setup, printing size, resolution and colour.
• Willing to learn and work hands-on in a production environment.
• Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently.
• Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Fresh graduates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
