Senior Engineer – Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Location: KL, Malaysia

Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Engineer – IAM with hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management, Identity Governance, and Privileged Access Management. The candidate will support enterprise IAM/PAM platforms, identity lifecycle management, access governance, integrations, and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Support and enhance enterprise IAM and PAM solutions.
Manage identity lifecycle activities including onboarding, role changes, provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
Support access governance, compliance, audit, and security controls.
Manage and support privileged access processes and PAM operations.
Support application integrations, platform enhancements, and automation initiatives.
Troubleshoot IAM/PAM issues and perform root cause analysis.
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and operations teams.
Prepare technical documentation, procedures, and operational runbooks.
Identify opportunities to improve IAM processes, automation, and security.
Required Skills
4–5+ years of experience in IAM, IGA, PAM, or Cybersecurity.
Hands-on experience with enterprise IAM/PAM platforms.
Good understanding of identity lifecycle, access provisioning, access governance, and role management.
Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or CyberArk is preferred.
Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and SQL.
Familiarity with REST APIs, XML/JSON, and scripting using PowerShell, Python, or Java.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have
SailPoint IdentityIQ experience.
CyberArk/PAM experience.
Experience with IAM automation and application integrations.
Knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks.
