URGENT VACANCY: Operations Assistant Manager for Serviced Apartments

Salary: $3,800 and above

Location: Farrer Park MRT, Singapore

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our serviced apartment properties.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee property operations and ensure compliance with company SOPs and service standards.
• Manage housekeeping, maintenance, contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Handle resident complaints, and operational issues promptly.
• Identify and coordinate building maintenance and follow up on outstanding defects.
• Manage room rental revenue and monitor operational expenses, procurement, inventory, and maintenance costs.
• Prepare regular reports and provide updates to Management.
• Handle urgent operational matters when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Facilities Management, Property Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in serviced apartments.
• Good knowledge of property operations and basic building maintenance.
• Able to work independently.
