Full Time LOGISTICS OFFICER Jobs, Salary up to SGD 6,000 in Martino Agency - Maukerja

The LogisticsOfficer will oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of the company.He/She coordinates personnel and processes to achieve the effectivedistribution of goods. He/She should be well-versed in supply managementprinciples and practices, to ensure smooth operations of a variety of channelsaiming maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Carries out packing, crating, andwarehousing, and storage duties in preparation for site-specific program andshipment
• Oversees customer-based queues and planand allocate tasks to meet configuration requirements
• Responsible for tracking, receiving,and stocking all items ordered
• Ensures materials are appropriatelystored
• Programs the final inventory ofmaterials prior to shipment
• Provides a list of all equipment movedfrom the consolidation areas into sponsor shipping channels to projectcoordinators
• Manages and maintains inventory tooperating levels to avoid supply
• Manages the repair of equipment
• Responsible for supervising and accountingfor an inventory
• Carries out annual property inventoryand provides other reports in his area of responsibility.

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience
• Good knowledge of logistic or supplychain management tasks.
• Good Knowledge of local laws andregulations.
• Assess moderately complex informationfrom multiple sources and draw logical conclusions
• Customer focus attitude to regard thoseto whom services are provided for as customers.
