About The Job
- Conduct market research on retail trends that contribute to leasing strategies.
- Source and secure new tenants that align with the retail projects and target demographic.
- Build rapport with landlords and retailers for long-term business partnerships.
- Be involved in the end-to-end leasing process, from negotiation and documentation to tenant relations.
- Work closely with internal departments (legal, finance, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless lease execution and tenant support.
- Prepare leasing reports, manage data, and contribute to budget planning and revenue tracking.
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in retail leasing, preferably in a shopping mall
