As part of its continued growth and transformation journey, the organisation is seeking a Strategy & Corporate Development Specialist to support strategic initiatives, investment evaluations, M&A activities, and long-term business expansion plans.



Your new role

• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and emerging market trends.
• Support the development and execution of corporate and business strategies aligned with the organisation's long-term objectives.
• Evaluate potential investments, partnerships, and business opportunities through financial analysis and commercial assessments.
• Build financial models, perform valuations, and conduct scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in M&A activities, due diligence exercises, and strategic investment projects.
• Prepare business cases, management papers, and presentations for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and monitor project performance

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience in Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, M&A, Transaction Advisory, or Management Consulting.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• CFA, ACCA, CPA, or relevant professional qualifications would be advantageous.
