Job Descriptions

• Responsible for maintaining HACCP and HALAL practices and improving daily operation practices.
• Responsible for HACCP and HALAL audits and its documentations.
• Familiar with HACCP System, GMP, MESTI and HALAL Assurance.
• Ensure all workers and staff are adhering to the proper regulation Monitoring environmental conditions are met as per current HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) & HALAL Assurance requirements.
• To perform daily quality control checking for production processing.
• Routine monitoring, checking for productions progress, cleanliness maintain, follow SOP and etc.
• Inspection and approved on incoming raw material, packaging material and finishing product.
• Handle pest control monitoring activity.
• Investigate customer complaints and production related issue.
• Provide correction and corrective action to the issue arise during production.
• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or any food related studies.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience in HACCP, GMP, MESTI and HALAL Assurance System.
• Able to work with less supervision, independently, and aggressive.
• Posses owned transport for travel when necessary.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
