BeMe Wellness is a premium liquid collagen brand — Built to Endure — sold on Amazon US, Shopify, and Tmall, founded by the entrepreneur who built Gong cha into a 2,300-store global brand. We run growth with unusual discipline: paid spend unlocks only when conversion earns it.

The role.

You own the Shopify P&L end to end. First mandate: conversion — take the store to 2%+ CVR through landing pages, offer architecture, and disciplined funnel testing. Hit the gate and you unlock the paid budget and run acquisition across Meta and Google — that promotion moment is written into the role. Alongside it, you own email/SMS and subscription retention: the cheapest revenue in the business.

What you'll own:

• The CRO program: hypothesis → test → ship, weekly
• Landing pages, PDPs, offers, bundles, and checkout flow
• Email/SMS flows, win-backs, and subscription retention on the existing customer base
• Analytics hygiene (GA4) and honest attribution
• Post-gate: paid acquisition across Meta and Google, measured on payback

You have:

• 3–6 years in DTC growth, CRO, or retention at a brand or agency
• Conversion wins you can walk us through step by step — what you changed, why, and what happened
• Hands-on email/SMS platform experience (Klaviyo or similar)
• Strong analytical instincts; you build your own reporting
• Daily AI fluency for analysis, copy, and page builds

Compensation: RM6,000–9,000/month. Kuala Lumpur (hybrid), full-time, 3-month contract converting to permanent on performance.
