Full Time BUSINESS FRANCHISE PERSONNEL Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Coolblog Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a Business Franchise Personal to lead the development and operations of our franchise business. In this role, you will be responsible for driving franchise growth, supporting franchisees, and ensuring that brand standards are consistently upheld across all locations.

Job responsibilities:

• Assists the Franchise Team to recruit new franchisee for the company’s franchise expansion.
• Monitoring franchisee performance & Providing training and support.
• Carry out periodic store audit and work with franchisee on the continuous improvement
• Enthusiastic and provide support to Franchisee. Engage with franchisee and maintain good relationship between Franchisor and Franchisee.
• Advise & support Franchisees and ensure that any issues/concerns are timely addressed.
• Developing and implementing growth strategies.
• Provide analysis and financial projections on stores financial and franchise viability.
• Execute departmental strategic goals, track and evaluate matrix.
• Supports department’s monthly management reporting and annual budgeting exercise.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience
• Proficient in business presentation, negotiation, interpersonal and communications skills
• Experience in developing marketing, sales strategies, Sales Techniques, and market analysis skills.
• Positive working attitude and solutions driven

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
