We are looking for an experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee guest room housekeeping operations, manpower, service quality and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead 3–4 Housekeeping Supervisors and ~70 local & foreign staff.
• Oversee daily guest room cleanliness, room readiness and housekeeping standards.
• Plan manpower based on hotel occupancy and operational needs.
• Manage budget, P&L, staff costs and operating expenses.
• Monitor occupancy, room revenue and housekeeping costs.
• Manage linen, housekeeping supplies and equipment.
• Prepare operational, manpower and cost reports for management.
• Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate housekeeping staff.
• Drive productivity, efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM/Diploma.
• Minimum 5 years' housekeeping experience, including at least 1 year as Executive Housekeeper/Housekeeping Manager in a 4-star hotel/resort.
• Experience managing a 250–400 room property and a large housekeeping team.
• Strong knowledge of room housekeeping, manpower planning, budgeting, P&L and cost control.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
• Hands-on, confident and able to manage a diverse workforce.
• Willing to relocate to Bentong.

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
