Responsibilities
Location : BT Merah (Near Redrill)
Working hours : 7.30am to 4.30pm/5days
Responsibilities
Be in the Teacher’s Preparation Room and food laboratories during working hours
Ordering of food ingredients before lesson
Preparation of ingredients before lessons, ensuring food is prepared and handled safely
Maintaining cleanliness of utensils, equipment and food laboratories areas
Handling inventory and stocks check
Assisting the teacher during practical session
Requirements
Minimum GCE'N' Level
Basic mathematical skills, including recipe quantity calculations.
Good knowledge of food ingredients and food preparation techniques.
Possession " Food Hygiene Certificate "will be advantageous.
At least 1 year of experience in food preparation within a school kitchen, or training kitchen.
