Responsibilities
Job Summary
Support the Assistant/Senior Project Manager in coordinating design, documentation, and project activities. Work with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of projects.
Responsibilities
Coordinate work progress with project managers, site teams, and factory personnel to ensure alignment and timely updates
Review and verify that designs, drawings, and documents comply with required standards and technical specifications
Liaise effectively with clients, architects, designers, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate project communication and coordination
Prepare and update shop drawings, technical documents, and project records to maintain accurate project documentation
Submit material samples and documents to clients for approval to secure timely project progression
Plan project schedules and monitor progress to ensure projects meet delivery deadlines
Identify project delays promptly and support implementation of corrective actions to mitigate impact
Ensure all project activities comply with authority requirements and tender specifications to maintain regulatory standards
Assist in preparing method statements, risk assessments, and other project-related documents to support safe and efficient execution
Required competencies and certifications
Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through effective stakeholder engagement
Good time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Adaptability to work efficiently under changing project demands and deadlines
