About the role
This is a hands-on role within the food preparation team.

You will
Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and quality standards
Operate and manage multiple cooking stations independently
Ensure food is prepared efficiently to meet operational requirements
Monitor food quality, presentation, and temperature standards
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards within the kitchen
Assist with daily kitchen operations and support colleagues as required

This is an active role that involves working in a fast-paced kitchen environment throughout your shift.

Scheduling
5-day work week (44 hours)
Required to work on weekends and public holidays based on roster
Rotational shifts up to 9pm based on operational needs
Additional hours may be required during peak / festive periods based on operational needs
