- Oversee preparation of monthly financial accounts and management reports in accordance with reporting deadlines
- Monitor business performance of the group, partner with commercial management to drive business and financial performance
- Manage and provide timely financial analysis with clear insights to support management decision, recommend improvements
- Hands on person to prepare monthly rolling forecasts and annual budget
- Oversee day-to-day of finance operations including related entities
- Compliance with MFRS accounting standards, company finance manual, internal control
- Liaise with tax agents, external auditors and bankers
- Big 4 experience/MNC experience with manufacturing accounting knowledge
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience preferably in managerial role
- Possess business acumen and strong commercial sense
- Driven, sharp, results oriented with strong understanding of business operations and key drivers
- Business partnering with good communication skills and good team player
- Commercially-oriented with high energy, "can-do" attitude and forward looking person
- Experience in M&A integration would be a plus
