New Outlet Opening – IOI City Mall

Chonky Cookies is expanding, and we're looking for energetic, friendly, and passionate individuals to join our team at our new IOI City Mall outlet.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver excellent customer service with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Take customer orders and handle cashiering duties.
• Prepare and serve cookies and beverages according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet.
• Assist with stock replenishment and daily outlet operations.
• Work closely with the team to create a great customer experience.

We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has a positive attitude and enjoys interacting with people.
Is responsible, punctual, and a team player.
Can work on weekends and public holidays.
Experience in F&B or retail is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
