Job Summary
The Part-Time Playground Crew is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the playground, ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for all guests, especially children and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Monitor children and playground areas to ensure safety rules are followed.
• Conduct basic safety checks and report any hazards or equipment issues immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the playground, counter, and common areas.
• Assist with admission, wristband checking, queue management, and crowd control.
• Support cashiering and ticketing duties when assigned.
• Assist with birthday parties, events, and other playground activities.
• Provide basic information about playground packages, promotions, and services.
• Respond promptly to guests' enquiries and provide good customer service.
• Follow all company SOPs, safety procedures, and instructions from supervisors.
• Assist with opening and closing duties when required.
• Perform other operational duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

• Friendly, responsible, punctual, and comfortable working around children.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and active environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.
• Able to work well as part of a team.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, F&B, playground, or entertainment operations is an advantage but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Pay: RM12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
